Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and oversee project timelines, scheduling, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all invoicing requirements and processes are accurately met and completed.
- Update and maintain project files, preparing necessary documentation as needed.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a coordinating role is required, the construction industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
