Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time, short-term contract position.
- Manages visitor access, logs arrivals, and informs staff or provides assistance as needed.
- Operates the main phone system, handles inquiries, and routes calls to the appropriate staff.
- Processes and distributes mail, ensuring proper routing.
- Provides general administrative support, including proofreading, preparing documents, and assisting staff.
- Handles tasks like file management, event registration, meeting room scheduling, and supply inventory.
- Responds to inquiries or directs them to the appropriate staff.
- At least 2+ years of professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Mt be self-motivated and punctual.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally.
