Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Regional Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and support AR operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities within the assigned region.
• Oversee billing, collections, payment posting, and denial management processes for all payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private pay.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding balances.
• Identify trends in denials or payment delays and implement corrective actions across facilities.
• Collaborate with facility-level business office managers to standardize processes and drive consistent AR performance.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), collection rates, and bad debt.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to AR staff and facility teams within the region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or accounts receivable management, with at least 2 years in a multi-site or regional role.
• Skilled nursing facility or long-term care industry experience is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing and collections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
