Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional communication with customers, peers, and dispatchers.
• Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Stay current with the latest HVAC technologies, equipment, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably within a residential setting.
• EPA 608 Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a self-motivated, accountable, and high-integrity work ethic.
• Valid New York State driver’s license required.
