Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Superintendent to join their residential team, assisting the Project Manager with overseeing all site activities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise company employees on a consistent basis.
• Maintain communication and assist with meetings for clients, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, etc.
• Conduct all necessary inspections in all areas of the construction phase.
• Coordinate and schedule all subcontractors, ensuring there are no conflicts.
• Maintain and track all documentation, including plans, specifications, reviewing timecards, change orders, receipts, and delivery records.
• Ensure all safety standards are implemented and maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on large-scale projects is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans.
• At least 10+ years of experience in construction is required, with prior Superintendent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
