Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to a consistent flow of inbound phone calls from potential clients in need of urgent compliance solutions.
• Identify customer pain points, match them with the right service offerings, and confidently guide them toward a purchase decision during the call.
• Navigate objections professionally and close sales by processing payments in real time.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer information using HubSpot CRM.
• Share recurring trends and valuable customer insights with the management team to support strategy and service enhancements.
• Meet and aim to exceed monthly sales quotas through focused phone engagement.
• This role is strictly phone-based, no video conferencing is used, and follow-up via email is minimal.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of successful phone-based sales experience, ideally involving high-urgency business services where customers have an immediate operational need.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, a confident and professional phone presence, and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently and effectively.
• Local candidates should expect to work onsite 2–3 days per week; remote arrangements may be available for highly qualified candidates outside the area.
