Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Service Manager to join their team.  This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Management of a team of service technicians who specialize in repairs and installation of commercial HVAC.
• The application and interpretation of applicable standards and codes.
• Responsible for the scheduling and logistics of the service technicians.
• Responsible for providing service to existing customers and identifying potential new customers.
• Responsible for the identification and resolution of customer boiler needs.
• The generation of targeted proposals.
• The management of estimates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in commercial services.
• Having experience in an HVAC supervisory role is a must.
• Commercial/ industrial experience with building mechanical equipment is required.
• A strong understanding of the Microsoft suite is required.
• Must have strong knowledge of commercial/industrial boilers, burners, and mechanical room design.
• Engineering experience preferred. Specifically, regarding industrial/ commercial boilers as well as boiler room accessories.
• Must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
• Experience with logistics and scheduling is preferred.
