Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Site Superintendent – Residential to join their residential team, assisting the Project Manager with overseeing all site activities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise daily job site operations and company employees.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the Project Manager and field operations.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and inspections.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, change orders, timecards, and delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction experience is required, with prior Superintendent experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
