Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Warehouse/ Operations Manager to join their team.  This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise daily warehouse functions and scheduling.
• Drafting and implementation of new policies and quality control procedures in collaboration with company executives.
• Ensure a safe and controlled work environment.
• Produce consistent reports on warehouse operations.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluation of employees.
• Ensure inventory is accurate and updated.

Qualifications:

• 7 + years of experience in warehouse/operations management is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associates degree or higher is strongly preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
• The ability to safely lift 50 pounds is required.

Hours:

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
