Description:
We’re hiring a Senior Network & Systems Administrator to own and maintain a secure, high-availability IT and network environment that supports a highly complex, multi-departmental organization. This role manages enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, virtualization, and OT-connected systems, ensuring uptime for business and production-critical technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage firewalls, switches, wireless, VPN/WAN, and network security systems
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file/print services
• Maintain Hyper-V clusters, SAN/storage, backups, DR, and system monitoring
• Support manufacturing and engineering platforms and plant-floor connected systems
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture and support NIST 800-171 compliance
• Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, endpoints, and escalated support issues
• Administer VoIP and telecom systems
• Maintain documentation, IT training resources, and infrastructure standards
• Provide remote support to an out-of-state office with occasional travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Microsoft server and desktop environments
• Strong networking knowledge (VLANs, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
• Experience with Hyper-V, enterprise storage, DNS/DHCP/GPO, SQL basics
• Familiarity with manufacturing/OT systems is a plus
• Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and enterprise hardware experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
• Certifications (CCNA, Security+, Azure) preferred
