Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise staff.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor sales, budgets, inventory, and operating costs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on menu items and guest feedback.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and alcohol regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• College degree in hospitality or equivalent experience preferred.
• Alcohol service certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hours & Benefits:

• M -F 5 10-hour shifts, 2 days blackout
