Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Beverage Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee daily beverage operations and supervise staff.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.
• Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, and product costs.
• Monitor sales, budgets, and profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with alcohol regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of food and beverage experience, including 2 years in beverage supervision.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• TIPS or ServSafe Manager certification preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Hours & Benefits:

• M -F 5 10-hour shifts, 2 days blackout
