Description:

Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­Director of Logistics to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee all transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations.
• Lead and develop logistics teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Manage carrier relationships, vendor contracts, and transportation costs.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, and other applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute logistics strategies that support business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of logistics or supply chain management experience, including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP software.
