Description:

Our client is currently seeking a High-Net-Worth Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee development and execution of the client’s estate plan.
• Maintain high-net-worth estate planning documents.
• Ensure client estate plans are routinely updated.
• Establish and maintain a clear line of communication with clients.
• Liaise with various parties throughout the office to ensure synergy of workflow and timelines.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital files.
• Oversight of a digital database.
• Draft, review, edit, and distribute case related documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in estate planning, wealth and/or asset management, financial services, or a related field.
• Ability to manage and meet numerous deadlines.
• Advanced understanding of financial concepts.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.

• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
