Description:

Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, 2-year contract position.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain, update, and input data into a database system.
  • Extract and curate data from the database.
  • Perform routine office and clerical duties, including answering incoming phone calls and receiving/distributing mail.
  • Drafting, editing, and distribution of professional emails.
  • Formatting of varied document mediums across the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Printing, scanning, organization, and general maintenance of both physical and digital documents.

Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience communicating and working with healthcare providers, including pharmacies, practitioners, or healthcare institutions.
  • Experience with electronic databases.
  • Knowledge of professional office technology.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.

Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
  • In-Person
