Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, 2-year contract position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain, update, and input data into a database system.
- Extract and curate data from the database.
- Perform routine office and clerical duties, including answering incoming phone calls and receiving/distributing mail.
- Drafting, editing, and distribution of professional emails.
- Formatting of varied document mediums across the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Printing, scanning, organization, and general maintenance of both physical and digital documents.
Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience communicating and working with healthcare providers, including pharmacies, practitioners, or healthcare institutions.
- Experience with electronic databases.
- Knowledge of professional office technology.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well within a team.
Hours:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- In-Person
