Description:

Our client is currently seeking an LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position providing clinical leadership within an outpatient substance use disorder treatment program. The ideal candidate will have experience in substance use disorder treatment, staff supervision, and clinical program management.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and oversee clinical activities and services provided within the program.
• Supervise and support counselors, clinicians, and other program staff.
• Provide guidance on complex clinical situations and treatment-related concerns.
• Review clinical documentation and ensure records meet organizational and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to strengthen clinical services.
• Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development.
• Help establish and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure program operations comply with OASAS requirements, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes ethical, compassionate, and client-focused care.

Qualifications:

• Current LCSW license required.
• CASAC credential preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory, leadership, or administrative capacity within an OASAS-regulated setting.
• Professional experience providing or overseeing outpatient substance use disorder services.
• Strong background in outpatient substance use disorder treatment; OTP experience a plus.
• OASAS Clinical Supervision Foundations I and II completed, or willingness to complete the courses within one year of hire.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
