Description:

Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­EIT Staff Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare civil engineering plans, drawings, and design documents using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Assist with site plans, subdivisions, roadway and utility designs, grading, drainage, stormwater, sewer, water, and septic projects.
• Prepare permit applications, agency submittals, reports, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits for soil testing, construction observations, and field evaluations.
• Document field observations, testing, project progress, and as-built conditions.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, field staff, and other departments to support project completion.
• Maintain accurate project, time, and field records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Basic understanding of civil engineering and site development.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction plans.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
