Description:

Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­Financial Planning Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and variance analyses for leadership.
• Partner with operations and management to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP or financial reporting system experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is a plus.
