Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­FAM Funds Shareholder Associate to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide exceptional service to mutual fund shareholders through phone, email, paperwork, and outbound communication.
• Process shareholder account maintenance requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing shareholders while identifying opportunities to cultivate new relationships.
• Conduct shareholder meetings in person, by phone, and through video conferencing.
• Communicate mutual fund offerings and the firm’s value proposition to shareholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of all account information and documentation.
• Identify and escalate operational, compliance, or client-service issues as needed.
• Collaborate with management and team members to achieve service and operational goals.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of financial services industry experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 preferred; required licenses must be obtained within the first six months.
• Previous experience in a client-service or shareholder-service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service focus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, proactive, and accountable with a high level of initiative.
