Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure alignment of executive goals with daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in transactions.
- Delegation of tasks and direct reporting to the company CEO.
- Provide support and guidance to the staff.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, procedures, and services to support staff and members.
- Oversight of internal controls/ dual review.
- Ensure team members are trained to provide quality service and perform their roles effectively.
- Draft and maintain spreadsheets.
- Monitor workflow and staffing needs for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Experience handling financial transactions.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues independently.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and influence others.
Hours & Benefits:
- Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4pm
