Our client is currently seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, property damage, and premises liability.
• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and adjusters throughout the duration of each case.
• Review medical records, conduct investigations, and research legal issues to evaluate claims.
• Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Evaluate and negotiate medical liens and other reimbursement claims.
• Prepare legal documents and represent clients at hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines.
• Prior personal injury experience preferred.
