Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager in Albany, NY. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain a safe and organized work site.
• Ensure project deadlines are maintained.
• Oversee numerous teams within a project lifecycle.
• Assess project scope with the application of specifications and technical illustrations.
• Maintain consistent client communications, ensuring alignment of project objectives.
• Ensure correspondence is thoroughly documented.
• Coordinate the work of numerous contractors and ensure they work within established regulations.
• Act as a point of contact for general technical guidance.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in building construction, subcontractor management, leading a team, CMU buildings, and foundations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• It is preferred that a candidate has experience with large projects and new ground up buildings.
• Ability to lead various teams effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.
