Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Residential Case Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position. The Residential Case Manager will provide counseling, case management, and rehabilitation support to residents in a residential substance use treatment setting. This role will work closely with the treatment team to support client goals, monitor safety and well-being, and assist with treatment and discharge planning.

Responsibilities Include:

• Participate in client screenings, admissions, and assessments of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Manage an assigned caseload and work with the treatment team to address each client’s rehabilitation and treatment needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling focused on motivation, support, recovery, and client goals.
• Conduct routine and random urine drug screens and breathalyzer testing and complete required documentation.
• Monitor residents for medical, mental health, safety, and security concerns.
• Monitor and administer medications in accordance with established procedures and protocols, including completing medication counts as required.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and discharge plans.
• Document and report incidents as needed.
• Participate in case conferences, resident meetings, staff meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate with emergency services or other outside resources when necessary.
• Provide coverage or support at other residential locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CASAC-T, CASAC-P, or other applicable CASAC credential in good standing.
• Approximately 2 years of experience preferred, particularly in substance use treatment, detoxification, or programs serving individuals requiring emergency or stabilization services.
• Experience providing counseling or case management services in a residential substance use treatment environment preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet requirements for driving agency vehicles.
• Strong communication, active listening, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a treatment team and interact professionally with clients.
