Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with strong conceptual estimating skills to support residential and commercial construction projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate, timely, and comprehensive construction bids and proposal documents, playing a key role in project planning and cost strategy.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare complete and accurate bid estimates for multi-discipline construction projects.
• Prepare detailed proposal documents in accordance with bid specifications.
• Develop a clear understanding of overall project strategy and apply it throughout the estimating process.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and related documentation to produce detailed cost estimates.
• Ensure all estimates are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop detailed project schedules.
• Assist with negotiation of material purchases and subcontract agreements.
• Provide insight and feedback on cost implications related to project decisions.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to support ongoing business development.

Qualifications:

• An associate’s degree in construction, engineering, or completion of a trade school program is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency with estimating and bidding software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to visualize projects based on limited client information.

Hours & Benefits:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
