Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Workforce Development Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversight over the entirety of the recruitment process.
• Communications with organizations, educational institutions, and employers.
• Sourcing of candidates from various online platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Source candidates at various in-person events such as recruiting sessions and job fairs.
• Work in conjunction with the marketing department, hiring managers, and the HR staff.
• The creation and posting of job openings.
• The screening of applications.
• Scheduling and preparation for interviews.
• Work to enhance the general employee experience.
• Management of the company calendar.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in business/human resources
• Alternatively, 3 plus years of leadership in talent acquisition or equivalent experience would be acceptable.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft suite is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with HR policies and state/ federal laws.
• Must be experienced with full-cycle recruiting.
• A valid NYS driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to travel occasionally.
