Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Order and restock office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
- Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred; law firm experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
