Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage complex litigation matters from case evaluation through resolution, including developing case strategy, preparing for trial, and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations while advocating for clients’ best interests.
• Perform legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain consistent client communication regarding case updates, legal strategies, and litigation developments.
• Manage case deadlines, discovery processes, and litigation workflows to ensure efficient and effective case handling.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop strong case strategies and deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active state bar license.
• 7+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling complex cases independently.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
