Description:

Our client is currently seeking an MEP Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee project planning and execution for mechanical systems projects.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage procurement activities, including materials and equipment sourcing.
• Supervise the installation of mechanical systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Expertise in Building Services and Plumbing for commercial and industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Procurement and Budgeting principles and processes.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts and best practices.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 5+ years of work experience in Construction Project Management required.
• Previous experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the mechanical contracting industry.
