Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This is a full-time, contract position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Advise on the end-of-end recruitment process for roles of varying complexity, providing insights and recommendations to hire managers and leaders
• Manage candidate / requisition lifecycle with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity for reporting
• Apply advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates
• Provide strategic input on candidate selection by screening applicants for expertise and qualifications, organizational fit, and leadership potential
• Ensure the recruitment process delivers a people first candidate experience and is inclusive and equitable
• Work collaboratively by sharing content on social media and promoting open roles, as well as building key pipelines for hard to fill roles through these platforms
• Negotiate effectively with candidates and lead complex offer discussions
• Attend local or regional career fairs as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment with direct expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers and stakeholder advisory roles
• Experience in corporate or government recruiting environments is preferred
• Experience recruiting within Clean Energy or Green Renewable Energy industry is desired
• Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing tools
• Working knowledge of sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience advising senior leadership and lead complex offer discussions effectively with candidate
