Our client is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to support staffing needs and training transitions.
• Build candidate pipelines through community outreach, job fairs, and local partnerships.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting documentation.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
