Description:

Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­Construction Superintendent to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage daily jobsite operations from project start through completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with project management.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality construction standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues while minimizing project delays.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics.
• Conduct regular job-site inspections to ensure quality and safety expectations are met.
• Maintain daily reports documenting project progress, manpower, and site activities.
• Participate in project meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Assist with punch list completion and project closeout activities.
• Foster a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or similar commercial construction leadership role.
• Experience managing commercial interior renovations, tenant improvements, or office buildout projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and maintaining project schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred (OSHA 30 is a plus but not required).
• Timberline experience is not required; training will be provided if needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
