Description:

Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­Member Service & Loan Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Interview and process consumer loan applications, including reviewing credit reports, analyzing applicant information, and completing all required documentation.
• Assist members with opening and closing accounts, resolving issues, and providing information on products and services.
• Deliver exceptional member service through in-person interactions, telephone support, and other communication channels.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of the bank’s products, services, and lending solutions to effectively support member needs.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of related experience required; prior experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
