Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including no-fault, property damage, and bodily injury claims.
  • Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers to coordinate claims, monitor treatment, and provide case updates.
  • Identify applicable insurance coverage and coordinate the resolution of Medicare, Medicaid, health insurance, and other case lines.
  • Work with attorneys to coordinate liability investigations, evaluate cases, and develop case strategy.
  • Prepare detailed demand packages and communicate settlement offers and negotiation updates to attorneys.
  • Supervise and support assigned paralegals while maintaining accurate, organized case files.
Qualifications:
  • Prior insurance industry experience preferred, with knowledge of automobile insurance, bodily injury, and no-fault claims a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Windows-based applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
