Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­Vice President of Operations to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Lead overall company operations and drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee production, fabrication, installation, logistics, sales, marketing, and customer service across multiple locations.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, P&L, pricing, and financial performance.
• Lead, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance and results.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendors and resolve escalated issues.
• Establish efficient processes and quality standards to improve productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify operational and business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of manufacturing, fabrication, production, or operations management experience.
• Executive-level leadership experience with responsibility for multiple departments and/or locations.
• Proven P&L, budgeting, and financial management experience.
• Experience managing production, installation, or field operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business/financial reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
