What is Walrath Recruiting?

Walrath Recruiting, Inc. is a NYS Certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise, that provides recruiting services to NY’s Capital Region and beyond. We recruit for industries ranging from Accounting to IT, Construction to Engineering, HR to Legal, and Healthcare to Sales. We offer both full and part-time roles as well as direct hire and contract roles.

Our goal is to represent our candidates in their job search and present them with employment opportunities that target their specific requirements/specifications. We are dedicated to the perfect fit!

 

Will it Cost Money?

This is the most common misconception about our services. Our services, from phone calls to interviews with both our recruiters and our clients, are of ZERO cost to you. That’s right I said ZERO cost. The entire process from submitting your resume to singing an offer letter with one of our clients is totally free. Not only are our services free but they are entirely confidential. Upon submission, our recruiters are the only people to review your resume and they will send your resume to our clients only with your prior consent.

 

Are You Just Trying to Fill a Role?

Ultimately, yes, our recruiter’s goal is to fill the roles that they have open but only with the right candidate. Prior to even discussing our open roles, our recruiter will have a thorough consultation with you to determine your exact goals and requirements in a new role so they can be sure to find your perfect fit.

Our recruiters strive to build a lasting relationship with you, so if an opportunity becomes available in the future that they believe would be a good fit they will not hesitate to reach out.

How Do I Get Started?
