Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Convert design concepts into manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD or Inventor 3D solid modeling software.
• Respond to unforeseen issues and technical challenges as they arise.
• Provide guidance and support to other engineering and technical personnel as needed.
• Implement new technologies, cost-saving techniques/materials, and improved safety features in equipment designs.
• Visualize and develop layouts and design concepts.
• Read, prepare, and interpret all company engineering documentation.
• Travel occasionally, including domestic and international assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with employees at all organizational levels.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, machine tools, tolerancing, and materials.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, lubrication, and fabrication.
• Capable of performing advanced analysis across mechanical engineering disciplines.
