Description:

Our client is currently seeking an ­­­­Employee Relations Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, 6-Month Contract position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, workplace conflict, investigations, grievances, discipline, and terminations.
• Lead end-to-end workplace investigations, including interviews, evidence review, findings, reporting, and recommendations.
• Advise and coach managers on performance management, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and difficult employee conversations.
• Interpret, apply, and develop HR policies while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve sensitive workplace issues and mitigate organizational risk.
• Track employee relations trends, maintain case documentation, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training on workplace policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 7+ years of employee relations experience, including workplace investigations and policy interpretation.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
• Experience with investigations, performance management, progressive discipline, and employee relations documentation.
• Proficiency with HRIS and case management systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle confidential matters.

• M -F 8-5
• Hybrid
• 15% travel
