Assistant Bank Manager.
Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Bank Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily activity at the branch and assist with the responsibilities of the Operations Manager.
- Assist with all reporting and auditing processes.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls while providing excellent member service.
- Ensure daily reports are balanced.
- Oversee reconciling of transactions.
- Assistance with both end-of-day and month procedures.
- Fulfill teller functions as is required.
- Processing of consumer loan applications.
- Organize and maintain records and documents.
- Maintenance of confidentiality.
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in a banking or credit union environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
