Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support day-to-day operations across commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the coordination and overall management of construction projects.
• Track project timelines, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Track and organize submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Maintain detailed project documentation including scope of work, drawings, contracts, and vendor performance.
• Organize and manage all project files and records.
• Serve as a key point of contact for project communications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Support bid collection and proposal comparison for new projects

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction; commercial experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Timberline (Sage 300) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
