Description:

Our client is currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, providing technical support and product recommendations.
• Develop and present comprehensive sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and foster lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure proposed solutions meet technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in technical sales, preferably in HVAC or related mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical components (e.g., burners, controls, pumps) is preferred.
• Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite and CRM software.
• Experience with B2B or industrial sales is a plus.
• Understanding of schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
