Description:

Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze legal issues and summarize factual situations related to litigation matters.
• Draft briefs and other litigation-related documents.
• Pursue discovery in connection with litigation matters.
• Appear before state and federal courts.
• Interact with government agencies in connection with public policy and litigation matters

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• Must be in good standing with the NYS bar; a federal clerkship is a plus
• Excellent academic credentials; transcripts will be required
• Exceptional organization skills
