Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney. This is a Full-time, Direct-Hire position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Consulting with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case.
• Conducting research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts as sources.
• Drafting, reviewing, and advising legal texts.
• Appear at hearings and trials.
• Ensuring that data obtained during interactions with clients remain confidential and are stored securely.
• Oversee the negotiation of settlements.
• Advise clients with legal recommendations and strategies.

Qualifications:

• NYS Bar Admittance.
• 2-5 years of experience practicing law.
• Experience in commercial litigation is preferred.
• Exceptional contract drafting skills are a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
