Our client is currently seeking a Paraplanner to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Gather and follow up on client financial information.
• Prepare personalized financial plans and executive summary reports.
• Research retirement, pension, Social Security, healthcare, tax, and estate planning topics.
• Build and analyze investment portfolios using Morningstar Advisor Workstation.
• Create financial analyses, spreadsheets, flowcharts, and planning documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prepare client files and meeting materials for advisors.
• Maintain accurate records and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 & Series 63 licenses required.
• Experience in financial planning, client service, portfolio analysis, or a related field required.
• CFP, RICP, or other advanced designation (completed or in progress) preferred.
• NYS Life, Accident & Health Insurance License preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Morningstar Advisor Workstation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels while maintaining strict confidentiality.
