Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist to assist in providing an excellent experience for patients. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits.
- Ensure the accuracy of all patient information using multiple filing systems.
- Provide feedback for all patients’ questions, comments, and concerns upon their arrival.
- Collect co-payments and communicate with insurance companies as necessary.
- Schedule follow-up appointments for the patient’s as advised by the physician.
- Refer patients to online resources when necessary.
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ year(s) with patient registration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must provide excellent customer service and pay extreme attention to detail.
- Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
