Description:

Our client is currently seeking a ­­­­Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors professionally.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Order and restock office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
  • Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred; law firm experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
