Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist to assist in providing an excellent experience for patients. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure the accuracy of all patient information using multiple filing systems.
  • Provide feedback for all patients’ questions, comments, and concerns upon their arrival.
  • Collect co-payments and communicate with insurance companies as necessary.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for the patient’s as advised by the physician.
  • Refer patients to online resources when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ year(s) with patient registration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must provide excellent customer service and pay extreme attention to detail.
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
