Description:
Our client is currently seeking an administrative assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
• Greet visitors and confirm appointments.
• Screen calls and transfer them accordingly.
• Maintain client information database.
• Prepare travel arrangements and client gifts.
• Make copies, send faxes, and scan documents.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
