Stop Sexual Harassment
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination based on sex (including sexual orientation, pregnancy, and gender identity). Between the fiscal years 2018 and 2021, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) received an alarming 98,000(+) charges alleging harassment. The influx of harassment cases in 2018 and 2019 was likely a product of the viral #MeToo movement, which provided people comfort in unveiling their encounter.
