Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Residential Program Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
• Supervise program and staff members, which could include performance management, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinates and reinforces all forms of integrated treatment.
• Incorporates evidence-based practices into the programs.
• Provides and documents all services according to regulations and policies and monitors house revenue and expenses.
• May serve as health coordinator who ensures the provision of education, risk reduction, counseling, and referral services.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred.
• 4+ years of experience working in the substance use disorders field.
• Must be a qualified mental health professional; CASAC or CASAC-T preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills are required.
Hours & Benefits:
• M -F 8:00am-4:00pm or 8:30am-4:30pm
